Mark was hands down the best home inspector I have ever dealt with. At first I was not really looking forward to the whole process based off of other experiences buying other homes, but Mark turned that around completely. He showed up on time, got started right away, walked me through any areas I had questions about, pointed out immediate concerns that would need work to prevent further damage. The best part was he took pictures of everything, and gave me a 2″ binder with all of the findings with reference to actual international building code (which Alabama abides by) and honest recommendations for fixes and solutions. An absolute professional, I would recommend his expertise to any homebuyer and in fact if I buy any more properties in Alabama I will be calling him again.
