Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you’ll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what you’re looking for, how can you be sure there aren’t potentially serious unknown defects which can make your investment in your future a costly one. Having your new home professionally inspected by our company as early as possible in the buying process can save you thousands of dollars on items which you may be able to have the seller or builder correct. Our company is dedicated to providing you with valuable information about your new home.
We thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown defects and advise you about future maintenance about your home once the purchase is complete. Our company will give you the information, in a Home Inspection Report, that you require to make an informed decision.

Over 575 components and applications listed which serve to provide the buyer with an accurate profile of the property.
Over 200 pages of repair and maintenance techniques uniquely suited to the property, as well as disclosure information and inspection limitations which ordinarily cannot be conveyed during the inspection.

Attending the Inspection
We feel that to maximize the value of the inspection and comprehension of subjective situations arising during an inspection, the buyers attendance is virtually required. We appreciate the client to arrive one half to one hour after the inspection has begun. During the inspection, ask plenty of questions. Follow the inspector around if you wish. The inspector is there to help you.
I was pleasantly surprised by the detail and comprehensiveness of the inspection that Mr. Rakow performed. The attention to detail that was paid to each and every aspect of the inspection was just amazing. Furthermore, I received a condensed report with the findings of the inspection just a few hours after the inspection was completed. One cannot ask for better service than that!
Mark did an excellent job. He was punctual, honest and very, very thorough. He did an extensive inspection which was invaluable to me as a homebuyer. I would highly recommend Mark and his company to anyone in need of a quality home inspection.
Mark was hands down the best home inspector I have ever dealt with. At first I was not really looking forward to the whole process based off of other experiences buying other homes, but Mark turned that around completely. He showed up on time, got started right away, walked me through any areas I had questions about, pointed out immediate concerns that would need work to prevent further damage. The best part was he took pictures of everything, and gave me a 2" binder with all of the findings with reference to actual international building code (which Alabama abides by) and honest recommendations for fixes and solutions. An absolute professional, I would recommend his expertise to any homebuyer and in fact if I buy any more properties in Alabama I will be calling him again.
